Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which they were received, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. The customer is required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be initiated via email to support@rezetco.com. If your return request is accepted, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs. Items returned without first initiating the return process will not be accepted.
We do not accept return and refund for the following items:
- Item sold at marked down prices (Note: Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise)
- Damage or Lost item caused by customer.
- Item that has already been used or not in its original condition
- Item procured pursuant to any giveaways.

Initiate a Return
Step 1: Submit a return request via email to support@rezetco.com.
The request should include the following information:
- Your Order Reference Number
- Photo and/or video of the item
- Your reason to return the item
Our team will review your request and determine the eligibility for your return request within 2 business days.
Step 2: Ship the item back to us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how to send your package.
Step 3: When we receive your return item, we will inspect the item in 3 working days. Once we confirmed that the return product fulfill the requirement of our return policy, an email confirmation will be sent to you and a refund will be issued.
Note:
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted for refund.
- Returns that do not fulfill our return policy will not be accepted, the item will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be responsible for paying the return freight. If the customer refuse to pay for the return freight, the item will be destroyed by our Team after 30 days.
- We recommend that you send your return package in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature because we will not be responsible for the lost of return package.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know result of the return request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@rezetco.com.
Exchange
Regrettably, we cannot facilitate exchanges at the moment.
Incorrect Item
We're so sorry for mixing up your order!
Please leave us a message via email to support@rezetco.com within 30 days from the date of delivery with the following information:
- Your Order Reference Number
- The name of item you have ordered
- The name of item you have received (if you have received an incorrect item)
We'll be in touch on the next steps to take.

Defective Item
We're incredibly sorry you received a defective item! :(
As the production of all our products involve a lot of manual process hence product variations might occur. Please check out our “Product Disclaimer” to confirm whether the item should be considered defective. We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at support@rezetco.com and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. Once we have approved via email, you may return the defective item to us via mail. All faulty items must be unused and in the condition in which they were received, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Product Disclaimer
The labour intensive techniques used to create our pickleball paddles is sure to capture your attention. It is the human hand that is involved in the whole manufacturing process including preparing the raw materials, laminating the surface material to the core material, printing the design and assembling the handle and the edge guard on the paddle, just to name a few . When it's the human hand that creates magic on the product then tiny variations are part of the process and these little imperfections impart uniqueness and authenticity to the product.
Disclaimer
- We use an "all over print" design for most of our products and the positioning of artwork may be slightly different from that as displayed in the picture.
- The production of all our products involve manual process hence product variations might occur. Slight variation in the print and the paddle size is possible.
- The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
All photographs are for representation purpose and are shot to try and look as close as possible to the original product ordered but may have marginal colour variations from the actual product. - Slight difference in colour from the visible product image is possible. There are times when a camera or a computer monitor can't match the perspective of an eye. Slight difference is unavoidable.
